PDRM maintain MSL title charge with Sarawak triumph

PDRM tentatively moved top of the Malaysia Super League on Friday evening after recording a 1-0 win over Sarawak at the Shah Alam Stadium.

The breakthrough for PDRM arrived three minutes after the half-hour mark when Dramane Traore found the back of the net, notching his eighth goal of the campaign in the process.

Although they ultimately failed to add to their tally, the Cops were able to hold out for the remainder of the contest to claim maximum points.

The win, PDRM’s fourth in six games, was enough to send them top of the table and a point ahead of FELDA United.

However, FELDA can reclaim first place on Saturday if they avoid defeat against Perak at the Majlis Perbandaran Selayang Stadium.
